Job Summary: The Beverage Apprentice reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and is responsible for set up, sanitation, maintenance and operation of equipment and processes required for bulk mixing and packaging of beverages, including Emulsion and Glatt processes. Beverage manufacturing experience is required for this position.
Vacancy Status: This position is for an existing headcount.
Shift: 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm and 2:00 pm-10:30 pm, rotating biweekly.
Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate equipment for water purification, carbonation, and mixing.
- Clean and sanitize equipment.
- Properly handle chemicals.
- Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed).
- Inspect parts with precision measuring tools.
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
