Position Description:
CGI is seeking a detail-oriented MIS Associate to support the Talent Acquisition (TA) function. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the MIS Lead in managing recruitment data, reporting, and automation initiatives. The Associate will play a key role in ensuring accurate data reporting, generating insights, and supporting automated data handoffs using RPA tools.
This position is ideal for individuals with strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and an interest in HR analytics and operations.
Responsibilities:
•Data Reporting & MIS Management:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly TA dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Advanced Excel Usage:
Utilize Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, etc.) to clean, analyse, and present data effectively.
