Responsible for providing accurate and timely credit appraisal services so that the proper credit risk analysis decisions can be made.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinates with requesting party and client regarding appraisal of properties
- Inspects and appraises value of properties offered as security by borrowers. Prepares appraisal report
- Consults realtors/ brokers/ appraisers on current market prices of the properties for appraisal
- Conducts the following verification on properties:
- a. Location verification at Land Regulation Authority, Bureau of Lands, and Tax Mapping Section; and
- b. Technical description verification with the Bureau of Lands, Department of Public Works and Highway and Assessor’s Office, etc
- Updates database by conducting price research on real estate, machinery and equipment, shares of stock, building rental rates and other related matters
