This full‑time, on‑site Appointment Setter role is based in General Trias. The appointment setter will contact potential and existing clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to introduce services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales or account management teams.
Daily tasks include managing and updating calendars, confirming and rescheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or tracking tools. The role also follows call scripts when appropriate, addresses basic client inquiries, and escalates complex questions to the appropriate team members.
The appointment setter is expected to meet daily and weekly performance targets while maintaining a professional, customer‑focused approach in every interaction.
