Seeking for ethical, motivated, proactive, team players looking for a change of pace. Position with growth opportunities and permanent training with widely recognized call center pros. Your primary responsibility will be to log into our dialer, prequalify interested prospects and connect them with our consultants on a daily basis.
(NOTE: YOU NEED TO HAVE EXCEPTIONAL ENGLISH FLUENCY TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE)
**Schedule**:
- Monday through Friday
- 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST
- (SATURDAY)
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST (MANDATORY)
**Weekly compensation plan**:
- $300.00 USD weekly base pay
- $250 USD commissions (Average amount based on KPIs)
- Multipliers to increase commissions
**Activities**:
- Proactively reach out to potential through our power dialer
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and address inquiries
- Effectively communicate our value proposition
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
