- Adhere to scheduling guidelines and processes as outlined by each customer, ensuring compliance with their expectations
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests through written and verbal communication, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service
- Monitor team mailboxes, addressing inquiries and resolving simple exceptions to pre-defined processes
- Make necessary appointment and date changes within the Transportation Management System in response to customer requests
- Run, format, and distribute reports to internal and external stakeholders as required, contributing to effective communication and data sharing
- Contribute actively to projects utilizing the enterprise project-based delivery model, providing valuable insights and support.
