Appointment Clerk at Central Transport, a leader in LTL transportation for more than 90 years, is looking for a professional to join our Corporate Office in San Pedro Garza Garcia. This client relations role is critical to maintaining customer perception within our organization and offers an excellent entry point for college students, recent graduates, or anyone returning to the workforce.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling delivery appointments via outbound/inbound calls, email, and web.
- Keeping appointment log up to date and organized.
- Helping customers resolve issues related to delivery.
- Communicating regularly with assigned terminals.
- Participating in appointment meetings to help improve processes.
Qualifications
- Bilingual – English proficiency.
- Excellent attendance and the ability to work Monday through Friday.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
