Appointment Setter / Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Lean Solutions
Location: Bogotá, Colombia (on‑site or remote depending on business needs)
Contract Type: Permanent contract directly with Lean Solutions
Salary: $3,200,000 COP
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, availability between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Days Off: Two days per week
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule appointments.
- Confirm, reschedule, or modify appointments as needed.
- Provide clear and accurate information about workshop services.
- Accurately record customer information in the system.
- Maintain a professional and customer‑focused attitude at all times.
