ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of managers and staff, providing guidance and supportExecute strategic plans to achieve business objectivesOversee resource allocation and workflow to meet client SLAsEnsure efficient and effective daily operationsOversee periodic Net Asset Value calculations for the Private Equity Funds, including Financial Statement preparation, trial balance review, and Partner/Shareholder Allocation calculationsReview the calculation of fund-specific expenses, including admin fees, management fees, carried interest and other applicable feesReview accounting work, capital events, other client deliverables, investor statements and reporting prepared by staffEnsure documentation is compliant with internal and external/regulatory standardsReview private equity funds’ partnership agreements, PPMs and other materialsEnsure compliance with internal policies, procedures, best practices, external standards and regulatory requirementsMaintain high standards of quality a...
