Senior/Principal Project Engineer

About the Role

As the Senior Project Engineer, you will be the technical owner of assigned projects, responsible for delivering engineering commitments to the customer. You will lead technical planning, execution, and risk management, while mentoring engineers and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Own and manage engineering work packages / control accounts across the full project lifecycle Lead technical discussions with customers and internal teams Oversee all project engineering work packages, leading the team and work package owners to ensure timely delivery and quality of engineering outputs Accountable for engineering team performance in meeting schedules and achieving key milestones within the defined scope Works closely with Program Manager, System Design Authority, and Subsystem Leads to resolve technical, program, and resource issues Drive resolution of technical challenges through root ca...
