Your Role:

Feature Ownership & Delivery

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow features, modules, and integrations.

Own feature delivery from requirements gathering through deployment, ensuring quality and reliability.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and implementation partners to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Technical Expertise & Best Practices

Serve as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration.

Enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices within the team.

Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to peers and junior engineers.

Mentorship & Collaboration
