What You’ll Do

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Champion a customer-focused culture, ensuring solutions deliver business value and reliability.

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based backend applications for critical payment systems.

Lead and actively participate in code reviews, design reviews, and architectural discussions.

Own technical solutions end-to-end, from design through production support, while continuously reducing technical debt.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

Drive adoption of best practices in software engineering, testing, CI/CD, and secure coding.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders during solution discovery and requirement refinement.
