Senior Electrical Engineer, Substations
to join our dynamic Energy and Resources team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for substation and renewable energy projects across Canada.
Responsibilities
Act as the main technical lead and client-facing representative, quarterbacking project delivery and facilitating key internal and external stakeholder discussions.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams for full substation project delivery, including civil, structural, protection & control, SCADA, and telecommunications.
Proven ability to mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture.
Design electrical systems and create technical specifications for substation and balance of plant equipment.
