We are looking for energetic and service oriented individuals to serve as the first point of contact for customers entering the showroom.

Responsibilities

Greet all customers as they arrive in the showroom

Respond to telephone calls

Determine customer needs and direct the customer to appropriate individual for assistance

Communicate effectively and professionally at all times to customers, providing exceptional friendly service

Qualifications

Previous relevant customer service experience

Highly motivated and enthusiastic

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillst

Experience using computer software including Microsoft Office products

Bilingualism would be an asset
