  • Contribute to the development and implementation of intervention programs.
  • Support the team during the start-up and ongoing operations of the project.
  • Provide psychosocial support to residents/tenants.
  • Develop and follow up on individualized intervention plans.
  • Document interventions and client files.
  • Facilitate group workshops and community activities.
  • Deliver workshops related to intimate partner violence (IPV).
  • Help maintain a safe, community-oriented living environment.
  • Intervene in conflict situations and support healthy group dynamics.
  • Collaborate with community partners and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation (remote or in-person interventions).
