Reporting to the Production Manager, this position is responsible for the continuous improvement of our safety, reliability, quality, delivery, cost, and the elimination of waste from our processes. Also responsible for the Research and Development (R&D) of the relevant manufacturing processes and applicable automation in eliminating waste.
As a Process Specialist You Will
- Understand current data collection and documentation methods in EPOX department. Actively participate in projects in advancing the data collection/monitoring technology.
- Participate in creating the process control methods such as SPC and train appropriate personnel for the optimum use of it.
- Manage engineering changes and new product development as it is released to manufacturing.
- Interacts directly with all levels of Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Engineering teams in Canada, and remotely with USA facility. ...
