RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow all Workplace Safety procedures

Follow all Food Safety Program procedures

Follow all Cleaning and Sanitization procedures

Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, restroom cleaning, etc.)

Collect and dispose of all garbage, recycling, and compost

Clean and sanitize machinery, equipment, tools, etc.

Maintain cleanliness of plant throughout shift

Follow all cleaning procedures and schedules

All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

A positive attitude

Basic computer, reading, writing, and mathematical skills

Be familiar with the safe and efficient use of equipment and chemical supplies

Be familiar with Safety Data Sheets and product labels (WHMIS)

Previous work experience in the food/manufacturing industry is considered an asset
