Tasks

Greet technicians and customers at the parts counter and respond promptly to their requests.

Identify, research, and locate required parts using catalogs, computer systems, and internal inventories.

Prepare, distribute, and invoice parts for the mechanical workshop according to active work orders.

Manage inventory, including receiving orders, verifying quantities, labeling, organizing, and storing parts.

Place parts orders with suppliers and follow up on deliveries.

Advise external customers on parts, accessories, and recommended products.

Update records, process parts returns, and handle warranties according to internal procedures.

Work closely with the service team to ensure an efficient workflow between the parts department and the workshop.

Perform any other related tasks.
