JLL is currently seeking an Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair operations within the client sites in Ontario and Alberta. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring optimal facility performance, high‑quality maintenance services, and client satisfaction.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide strategic leadership for maintenance operations while ensuring compliance with JLL policies, regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and supporting various audits (ISO, EHS, asset systems).
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility performance, including preventive maintenance programs to prolong asset lifespan, minimize downtime, and enhance operational efficiency.
