The Role
Be the engine behind every move we complete. You’ll own the full coordination lifecycle— getting movers to accept jobs, managing schedules, communicating with customers, handling cancellations and escalations, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate moves end-to‑end: from booking confirmation through completion
- Get movers to accept jobs, confirm availability, and fill every shift
- Track mover schedules, forecast coverage needs, and flag gaps early
