About the Opportunity
- Lead the accounting workstream for the securitization program and help establish the supporting process framework.
- Analyze securitization performance, including profitability, funding impact, and comparison against non-securitized structures.
- Work closely with internal finance, accounting, legal, and external capital markets partners on transaction execution.
- Guide and support the internal accounting team on the treatment and reporting requirements for securitized portfolios.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert on how securitization structures flow operationally and financially.
- Help build out and support a small securitization-focused team as the program develops.
About You
- CPA designation required.
- Strong depth in accounting, with the ability to explain complex accounting treatment clearly.
