Assist in platform migration from current Pega application to Pega Software-as-a-Service Cloud version
Assess current campaign build/requirements on Pega Customer Decision Hub/Dev Studio for redesign in alignment with Pega’s best practices and out-of-the box features
Review and understand current end-to-end campaign process from ideation/planning, data requirements/integration, content readiness, development, testing, channel activation, fulfillment and reporting
Work collaboratively with stakeholders across each pillar (campaign execution, analytics, marketing, product owners, technology, QA, channel partners, data engineers/DBAs, etc.) to ideate, track and implement roadmap deliverables for optimization and enhancement areas
Work with data engineering partners to redesign campaign data model for integration with Pega
