As an LBM Associate, you will help customers fully understand their needs and assist in selecting the right products for their requirements. You will act as a knowledgeable sales professional, making recommendations that solve customers’ problems and enhance their shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Clarify and understand customers’ needs and guide them to the best solution for their projects
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions

- Produce quotes, material lists, and follow up

- Resolve customer challenges quickly and efficiently
- Continually learn about products and market conditions
