Act in a supporting role on delivery of pavement engineering elements of Major Projects, including airfield pavements, Light Rail Transit (LRT), flexible and rigid pavement design, etc., from inception to completion. Monitor industry standards and developments, assess client needs and make concrete decisions on proposed solutions. Monitor project financial performance and invoice clients promptly.
