Job Title: HiL Engineer – dSPACE Location: Mossville, IL Duration : Full Time Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) Engineer with strong expertise in dSPACE systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and validating real-time simulation environments to support ECU and embedded software testing. Key Responsibilities: Develop, modify, and maintain HiL simulation models using MATLAB/Simulink Configure and integrate dSPACE HiL platforms (SCALEXIO, MicroAutoBox) Perform system-level validation and ECU testing in HiL environments Develop and execute automated test scripts using Python, ControlDesk, and AutomationDesk Design and support wiring, harness, and I/O interface setups for HiL benches Create and maintain ControlDesk dashboards and test interfaces Troubleshoot and debug issues across hardware, software, and communication layers Collaborate with software, controls, and validation teams for system integration Optimize real-ti...
