Dexterra Group Lodge Manager Position

Lead the daily operations as Lodge Manager with Dexterra Group in Coastal, BC. Your focus on guest satisfaction and team management will enhance our hospitality services at the Horizon North camp.

This safety-sensitive role offers a structured 20 days on, 10 days off schedule. You will utilize your management experience to foster a high-performing team while ensuring health standards and quality are maintained. Your analytical skills will be essential in revenue forecasting and developing staff scheduling that aligns with client needs.
