Enter data into our computer records and reports.

Prepare details for billing. Order prep and bill making.

Perform basic secretarial duties such as answering phones and transferring to appropriate coworker as well as directing visitors and staff.

Verify work orders to assure no discrepancies.

Organize daily paperwork.

Requirements

College Diploma, preferable in administration.

Bilingual in both English and French.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Good work ethic and positive attitude.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to pay close attention to details.
