Position Summary

We’re looking for a deeply technical engineering leader to drive the development of high‑quality applications within the Vision One platform at TrendAI. This role is first and foremost for someone who lives and breathes software, architecture, and security—someone who can earn the trust of senior engineers through technical credibility, not just seniority. You’ll lead a team of developers, shaping both the technical direction and the people behind it. You’ll remove blockers, raise the bar on quality, and ensure the team ships work that matters to customers.
