Applications Support Analyst (Mid-Level)

Banamex is seeking an Apps Support Intmd Analyst who will provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications in Mexico. The role requires a minimum of 2-5 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a good understanding of financial markets and apps support procedures.

The analyst will interact with users, vendors, and internal technology groups, ensuring that service quality is maintained while resolving issues and contributing to application releases and disaster recovery testing.
