Intern – System Operations & Automation (Zoho Desk / AI Integration)

This internship focuses on system operations, automation, and AI integration within the Zoho Desk ecosystem. The intern will support documentation, operation, development, and collaboration responsibilities as outlined below.

Responsibilities

1. Documentation (AI‑Assisted Knowledge Development): Build and maintain high‑quality documentation using AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Cursor. Responsibilities include enhancing the Ticketing User Guide, developing training materials for the ESS portal, maintaining the Admin Wiki, documenting new processes, and supporting ISO audit preparation (documentation compliance, evidence artifacts, workflow alignment, versioning, changelogs).
