Application Support Specialist (US SAAS, WFH)

Work Type: Freelance - Fulltime

Monthly Salary: Php 80,000 - 120,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9pm - 6am PH Time)

What are we looking for?

• Demonstrated ability to self-teach technical products — you figure things out from documentation, logs, and trial and error
• Strong log analysis and troubleshooting instincts — you can read an error trace from a hypothesis, and test it
• Hands‑on familiarity with Windows Server environments, including services, permissions, and connectivity troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of SSH/SFTP protocols and common authentication failure patterns (key format mismatches, algorithm negotiation, error codes)
• Familiarity with Active Directory authentication concepts — enough to diagnose logon failures and credential configuration issues
