About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Specialist. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service, manage calls and perform problem resolution for all company-operated, retailer-owned, and marketer stations throughout the United States.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all back-office business processes supporting Chevron gas stations across the North America region.
- Handle front-end and back-end needs and issues that a station may encounter in day-to-day operation.
- Assist station personnel with basic BOS and BOS peripherals such as printers and scanners.
- Ensure resolution of the site’s reported issues and escalates when needed.
