ONSITE- 5 days
Must haves:
2+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Middleware Support, or IT Operations.
2+ years of hands‑on experience with ITIL Service Management processes.
Experience supporting IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), Liberty, or related middleware technologies.
Experience with Oracle databases (Oracle 19c preferred).
Familiarity with Kubernetes and Ansible.
Experience with service management tools such as Remedy, eSMT, ServiceNow, or similar.
Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI.
Nice to Have
Experience with IBM DataPower.
