Ideal Rate: $30- $33 (Based on Experience)
ONSITE- 5 days
Must haves:
- 2+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Middleware Support, or IT Operations.
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with ITIL Service Management processes.
- Experience supporting IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), Liberty, or related middleware technologies.
- Experience with Oracle databases (Oracle 19c preferred).
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Ansible.
- Experience with service management tools such as Remedy, eSMT, ServiceNow, or similar.
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI.
