The Application Support Specialist CE-MS associate is responsible for Provide pre- and post-sales application support for Capillary Electrophoresis instruments and consumables. Conduct customer trainings, demos, workshops, and scientific presentations (on-site and virtual).
This position reports to the Head-Application Support and is part of the Application Team located in Centre of Excellence-Bengaluru and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Provide pre- and post-sales application support for Capillary Electrophoresis instruments and consumables.
+ Assist customers with method development, optimization, and troubleshooting for CE workflows.
+ Support applications including protein characterization, charge variant analysis, glycan profiling, and small molecule analysis.
+ Conduct customer trainings, demos, workshops, and scientific presentations (on-site and virtual).
