Application Support Engineer (Volpay)

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer(Volpay) to join a global production support team responsible for a mission-critical international payments platform. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of the payment ecosystem, supporting high-value payment processing across SWIFT and ISO 20022 messaging.

This is a hands-on RUN/Production Operations role, ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex production issues, improving operational efficiency, and working in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for the VolPay (Volante Technologies) payment platform.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents while meeting agreed SLAs and participating in an on-call support rotation.
