Role Overview
Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Responsibilities
Provide dynamic support for MS Teams Telephony, Cisco IPT, and Webex systems, ensuring smooth call flow and transfer operations.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Telephony, including Direct Routing.
- Understanding of call flow and call transfer.
- Knowledge of SBC (Session Border Controller), particularly Cisco SBC or Sonus SBC.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Skype for Business (SfB).
- Experience with Cisco IPT and legacy Cisco Voice systems.
- Experience with Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center (CC).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
