Job description Mission We are committed to driving continuous improvement within our Hardware & Network Manager with expertise in ServiceNow to oversee IT infrastructure, network operations, and hardware management. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless network connectivity, manage IT assets, and leverage ServiceNow ITSM for efficient IT operations by timely closing of Incidents & Service Request tickets. Responsibilities Network & Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud-based network solutions. Ensure network security, uptime, and performance monitoring. Manage firewall configurations, switches, routers, and other networking devices. Troubleshoot network outages and optimize performance.
