Application Support Engineer II (Dev & AI Tech Enthusiast)
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer II with a developer's mindset and a passion for AI-driven efficiency—someone who looks at a Tier‑2 bug and wants to read the source code to understand why it broke. Based in our Valencia hub, you will act as the crucial technical bridge between our internal operations and core Engineering squads.
Responsibilities
Deep‑Dive Troubleshooting: triage and resolve Tier‑2 internal application bugs by analyzing code behavior, system logs, and data flows.
Bridge to Core Engineering: work hand‑in‑hand with core backend/frontend squads;
isolate Tier‑3 bugs, assist in database structural changes, and deploy toolsets that keep our global platform stable.
AI & Automation First: lean on your tech curiosity and AI‑driven tools (e.G., AI coding assistants, LLMs) to automate workflows, build scripts, and optimize our support infrastructure.
