Overview
We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Application Support Engineer to support, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance enterprise applications built on PHP, JavaScript, JBoss, PL/SQL, and Windows-based platforms. The role focuses on production stability, issue resolution, environment support, deployment assistance, scripting automation, and database troubleshooting across business-critical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in application support and incident management, with the ability to work across application, middleware, database, and operating system layers. Exposure to future technologies such as Kafka, MariaDB, and Cassandra will be considered a strong advantage as the application landscape evolves.
