Purpose of the Application Support role

• Ensure all requests and enquiries are logged in the call tracking system and progressed to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Assist with configuration and implementation of paid consultancy.
• Improve the efficiency of the team and the service it provides my client’s customer base.
• Operate within the Company and Group standards.
