What you’ll need:

• 1-3 years overall, with at least 1 year in app or technical support
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Solid database skills - SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar
• Sharp problem‑solving and analytical mindset
• Great communicator across technical and non‑technical audiences
• Degree or diploma in IT or Computer Science
• Ready for 24/7 rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Scripting skills, a programming language or two, and ITIL knowledge will make you stand out from the crowd.
