What you will be doing

As a key part of the Global IT Application Support team, you’ll create impact by ensuring the reliability and performance of mission‑critical SAP Materials Management solutions that power Grundfos’s end‑to‑end supply chain and procurement operations worldwide.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Provide second and third‑level support for SAP Materials Management (MM) including procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests related to SAP MM configuration and master data.
• Collaborate with business process owners to identify improvement opportunities and implement configuration changes.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets in line with SLAs, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
