Application Support Analyst required for a leading international provider of banking & financial services, with head offices based in downtown Montreal.
Key Tasks:
- Support banking applications for offices based in New York & Europe
- Respond and script SQL queries in an efficient and responsive manner
- Ensure to operate the services in compliance with the security rules
- Communicate on incidents on a regular occurrence in timely manner
- Grasp a firm understanding of front, middle & back office applications
Technical skills Required:
- Relevant university degree
- Exposure to SQL, Linux/Unix
- Bilingual French & English is a preferred asset
