Position Overview

Under the general direction of the Manager, Solution Support, the Application Support Analyst II will be responsible for and play a technical expertise role in the support of various solutions of varying complexities.

Experience

• 3+ years related technical experience within an application support workplace, including Advanced knowledge of Citrix application hosting technologies.
• Intermediate knowledge/experience of SQL scripting language and database management.
• Ability to work with web-based applications and have a familiarity with web-browsers.
• Valuable understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

Education

• A post‑secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field.
• An equivalent combination of relevant training and experience may be considered.
