Position Overview
Under the general direction of the Manager, Solution Support, the Application Support Analyst II will be responsible for and play a technical expertise role in the support of various solutions of varying complexities.
Experience
- 3+ years related technical experience within an application support environment, including:
- Advanced knowledge of Citrix application hosting technologies.
- Intermediate knowledge/experience of SQL scripting language and database management.
- Ability to work with web-based applications and have a familiarity with web-browsers.
- Good understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
- A post‑secondary degree/diploma in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field.
