Application Specialist/ System Support (HRIS/ SAP)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Application Specialist who will be responsible for supporting business applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth system operations. The role involves working closely with users and internal teams to resolve application concerns and improve overall system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and troubleshoot application-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Manage and monitor the support ticketing system to track and resolve user concerns.

• Document and maintain records of system issues, bugs, and resolutions within the application.

• Provide user support via phone, email, and Viber, including occasional weekend support when necessary.
