Key Responsibilities
- Provide application development and administration of enterprise systems
- Handle user support calls, perform first and second level troubleshooting, diagnose application related issues and elevate to vendor for resolution
- Involve in testing of pre-release applications, related software and tools
- Participate in implementation projects and provide post-implementation support
- Plan and liaise with vendors in project implementation, application testing, support application patches and upgrades
- Any other tasks assigned by your superior
- A recognised degree/diploma in IT
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application support and hands‑on application implementation.
- Experience in deploying workflow and automation solutions
- Hands‑on knowledge in Nintex K2, Microsoft Power Automate and SQL
