Application Production Support (Córdoba)

ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an Application Production Support to join a leading company in the banking sector. You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical banking systems.

Main responsibilities

• Production support for core banking applications and application maintenance (corrective and evolutive).
• Deployments and testing for new projects.
• Obsolescence management and patching activities.
• Handling user requests and internal client support.
• Supporting both On-Premises and third‑party SaaS solutions.
• Answering product‑related queries, including product usage and design, configuration, software updates, and third‑party integrations.
• Managing tickets via ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Working under ITIL methodology and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Performance tuning and root cause analysis.
