Main Responsibilities
- Production support for core banking applications / Application maintenance (corrective and evolutive).
- Deployments and testing for new projects.
- Obsolescence management and patching activities.
- Handling user requests and internal client support.
- Supporting both On-Premises solutions and third‑party SaaS solutions.
- Answering product‑related queries, including product usage and design, configuration, software updates, and third‑party integrations.
- Managing tickets via ServiceNow and JIRA.
- Working under ITIL methodology and ensuring SLA compliance.
- Performance tuning and root cause analysis.
Technical Environment
Operating Systems: Windows Server / Linux
Databases: SQL / Oracle
Tools & Technologies: ServiceNow, Jira, DynaTrace, PowerShell, Autosys, CyberArk, Citrix, HVD
Collaboration tools: Teams / Outlook
